Exhibitor Announcement Press Release
If your company is announcing a new product leading up to or at IMS Tour, we can help you increase exposure through a press release detailing exhibitor news. This press release will be distributed on November 8, 2018.
To submit, please fill out the form at http://ubm.io/IMS2018exhib. The deadline to participate is Thursday, November 1, 2018. Please note that submissions cannot exceed 50 words and no marketing copy will be considered. If you would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can accommodate you.
If you are interested in registering for a complimentary media pass please review the required credentials below.
Due to high demand, media badges are limited in number and will be issued only to representatives from news outlets and leading industry blogs. To qualify for a complimentary media pass, the applicant must cover the industry on a regular basis and present bylined articles or reports published within the past six months. Sales Representatives, marketing professionals, PR representatives and other non-media titles will not be considered for a media pass.
Media credentials granted for past IMS events does not guarantee access to the upcoming tour and submitting a media credential application does not guarantee that a media pass will be issued. For any questions please reach out to IMSPR@ubm.com
