DiSalvo Sets a New World Record

Jason DiSalvo set a new AMA record and FIM land-speed racing record on board a Latus Motors Racing Triumph Rocket III. DiSalvo's average speed was 174.276mph for the flying mile and 174.880mph for the flying kilometer. The crazy thing about all this is that these speeds were reached mainly with a 240hp over-the-counter performance kit from Bob Carpenter. Fully streetable, this Triumph III is truly a monster that oozes horsepower. Check out more on Triumph's web site.
