Washington, D.C. (January 8, 2008) You heard it right! Suzuki, in conjunction with the Washington, D.C. Cycle World International Motorcycle Show® presented by Toyota, will have onsite the original King of the Double Back Flip, Travis Pastrana. The record-setting, FMX/MX racing legend is set to invade the Suzuki booth, and the Washington, D.C. International Motorcycle Show, on January 12 at 3:00 p.m. with a meet and greet opportunity for show guests and fans alike. Pastrana, at age 22, made FMX history by landing the first ever double back flip at the Los Angeles X Games 12 in August 2006 cementing his title as the King of the Double Back Flip. In addition to making stunt history, Pastrana is a highly accomplished competitor in motocross, freestyle motocross, super motocross, rally racing, and anything adrenaline driven he finds "fun." He has taken home over five gold medals from the X Games, first place in the 2006 Denver Dew Tour, first place in the 2004 Red Bull X Fighters, second place in the 2006 Louisville Dew Tour, grabbed the 2007 and 2006 Rally America National Championship titles, and holds several 125cc Supercross titles just to name a few.
